We are looking for an HR Generalist as core member of our Talent team.

Your responsibilities

  • Performance & Development Management: You are the first point of contact for questions about our Performance & Development Management system. You follow-up on questions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes in this area.
  • Career Management: You contribute to the development of our online Career Hub through which our employees can find guidance & support on their career questions.
  • Core HR Data Management: You contribute to processes within our Core HR data management system linked to organisational structure and function matrix and in these areas ensure the data quality, maintenance & improvements.
  • Hosting: You take on the role of host during some of our milestone training programmes. Preparing & coordinating the flow of the sessions as well as be an HR ambassador during the sessions.
  • Job Management: You manage the quality of our overall function matrix as well as be a sparring partner to the business when changes need to be made.
  • Appraisal Management: You’ll offer support in the preparation in, roll out of & reporting on our yearly appraisal process.
  • You follow-up on the latest trends within the domain of talent management.

Your profile

  • You preferably have a Master degree in HR Management/Psychology.
  • First working experience is a plus but we for sure welcome young graduates with the right mindset.
  • You have a vibrant attitude towards talent management, (IT) tools and practices.
  • Critical thinker, with an eye for detail and with the ability to problem-solve and trouble shoot program related questions.
  • Communicative and willing to host our DEME training programs in an enthusing manner.
  • High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
  • You are eager to obtain knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
