What can you expect?

• Shape recruitment strategies: You implement and oversee full-cycle recruitment strategies tailored to each position, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring processes.
• Source top talent: You proactively scout both active and passive candidates using diverse tools and techniques, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Lead the selection process: You conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the selection process, ensuring a perfect match for both technical skills and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers: You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance: You make sure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, following industry best practices.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• You bring at least three years of recruitment experience, particularly in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or advanced engineering. You have successfully managed full recruitment cycles and hired for mid-level to senior positions in these high-tech fields.

Languages:

• Fluent English is a must. Additional languages are a plus and will enhance our collaborative and diverse work environment.

Strengths:

• You excel at sourcing passive talent and forging strategic partnerships—key skills for expanding our rapidly growing Ghent team with top-tier talent.

Expertise:

• Technical Expertise: You are familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), university recruiting, and have a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
